Refunds will be considered for services that do not meet the agreed-upon quality standards or in case of accidental damage caused during the cleaning process.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7days of receiving your cleaned sneakers.

  1. Refund Process:

To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support at Info@mynewkick.co.uk and provide the order details and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photographs to assess the issue.

  1. Refund Options:

If the refund request is approved, we will offer the following options:

a) Full Refund: We will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the sneaker cleaning service.

b) Re-cleaning: If the issue can be resolved through re-cleaning, we will offer to re-clean your sneakers free of charge.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations:

We cannot provide a refund in the following situations:

a) General wear and tear of the sneakers.

b) Damage caused by improper usage or mishandling after the cleaning service.

c) Change of mind or customer dissatisfaction without specific quality issues.

  1. Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the approval of the refund request.
