You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by engaging our hand sneaker cleaning services.

2. Service Description:

We offer hand-cleaning services specifically for sneakers, Football boots and rugby boots, focusing on removing dirt, stains, and enhancing their appearance. Our process may include spot cleaning, brushing, and the use of cleaning solutions.

Whilst we are confident in our methods and the products that we use, there are occasions whereby deep-set stains may still be slightly visible once cleaned.

We recommend for best results that you use our service as quickly as possible before stains settle into the material.

3. Pricing:

The pricing for our services will be communicated to you before the cleaning process begins. Additional charges may apply for specialised cleaning requirements or premium services.

4. Payment:

Payment for our services is due before we start our service or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Failure to make payment may result in the withholding of the cleaned Item.

5. Customer Responsibility:

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your sneakers and any special requirements. It is your responsibility to remove any personal belongings from the sneakers before handing them over to us.

6. Liability:

While we take utmost care in cleaning your sneakers, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during the cleaning process, including but not limited to colour fading, material shrinkage, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance.

7. Warranty:

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee on the long-term condition, colour, or material of the sneakers after the cleaning process. The effects of cleaning may vary depending on the sneaker’s age, condition, and material.

8. Turnaround Time:

We aim to provide efficient services with a reasonable turnaround time. However, the time required for cleaning may depend on various factors, such as the extent of cleaning required, the number of sneakers in the queue, and the availability of materials. We can provide an estimated completion time upon your request. But we do aim to return your item back to within 7 – 10 days.

9. Delivery:

Once your Item is cleaned, you will be notified when we will deliver your item. Refer to our shipping policy.

10. Cancellations and Refunds:

Refunds may be provided in accordance with our refund policy, which will be communicated to you at the time of the refund request.

11. Privacy:

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

12. Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other means of communication.
