Customer Collection Policy:

Customers can initiate sneaker collection requests through our website, providing relevant details like collection address, contact information, and preferred date/time.
- Eligibility:
Collection is available for customers within the designated delivery zones covered by our chosen Courier’s services.
- Packaging Requirements:
Customers must ensure sneakers are appropriately packed in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using the original shoeboxes or equivalent protective packaging.
Collection Appointment:
Once a collection request is received, the courier will schedule a pickup appointment with the customer based on availability.
- Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for being present during the scheduled collection time or ensuring someone else is available to hand over their items to our chosen courier’s representative.
- Identification and Verification:
The Couriers representatives will verify the collection by checking the order details and customer identification to ensure a smooth and secure process.
- Tracking and Confirmation:
Customers will receive a confirmation and tracking details once their items are successfully collected and in transit.
- Liability for Loss or Damage:
Our Courier will handle your item with the utmost care during transit. However, in the unlikely event of loss or damage, customers may be eligible for compensation as per the courier’s terms and conditions.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Customers can cancel or reschedule collection requests within a specified time frame before the scheduled appointment.
- Service Limitations:
The courier reserves the right to decline collection requests in exceptional circumstances or if the request falls outside the serviceable areas.
- Missed collection appointments.
Missed appointments may lead to additional charges for rescheduling and a delay in the service provided by New Kicks LTD.
